THE ROOTS OF BEAUTY: NARRATIVE AND ECOLOGY IN THE LANDSCAPES OF NELSON BYRD WOLTZ LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS

Thomas Woltz, Principal and owner of Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects, will present a range of the firm’s projects and the rigorous design methodology that produces a unique narrative for each site. These projects – public parks, agricultural landscapes, post-industrial sites and private gardens – range from New York to New Zealand and demonstrate the link between ecologic performance, culture and beauty in the designed landscape.

The firm is recognized as an international leader in design innovation and ecological stewardship.
